Paula starts with the premise that navigating the un-chartered waters in today’s multicultural, global environment can be challenging for individuals and organizations alike.  She also knows that successful change is an organic and highly individualized process, unique to each organization, and not a chain of “one size fits all” events.  A master facilitator and consultant, Paula uses her rare combination of humor, warmth, insight, and a deep understanding of individuals, institutions, and processes, to quickly and powerfully help her clients move to where they want to go.

Throughout the years, Paula has lived, travelled, and worked with organizations, throughout the world.  A trained mediator, former math teacher, and former international software executive, she founded World View Services in 1990.   Since that time, she has provided an array of consulting services to a broad spectrum of corporations, not-for-profits, schools, universities, and public and private institutions.
